  • 1/4 glass black colored sesame seeds
  • 1/4 glass flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sea sodium
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Guidelines

  1. Preheat range to 350 F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium size bowl, whisk the bottom sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, optional chili powder, and ocean sodium together until all clumps are split up plus it’s well incorporated.
  3. Pour the melted coconut oil, lemon juice, and water throughout the combined dry ingredients and stir until a also paste kinds.
